/* ============================================================================
Terms and conditions of use (id_cms=3) — terms layout
   ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Loaded from `cms/page.tpl` AFTER guide-premium.css, the way page 11 layers
   compare-premium.css, page 14 layers glossary-premium.css, page 7 layers
pillar-premium.css and pages 8/9 layer hub-premium.css. LOAD ORDER IS
   LOAD-BEARING: the prose-measure rule below overrides a guide-premium.css
   rule at equal specificity.

This is the TENTH page on the `.gde` system and the SECOND of the five
original PrestaShop CMS pages to be rebuilt, after the delivery page (id 1).
It takes everything it can unchanged from guide-premium.css — the h1 fix
   (`body#cms:has(.gde)`), the 832px cap lift (`.page-cms.rich-text:has(.gde)`),
the hero, the stat band, the scroll-wrapped `.gde__spec` tables,
   `.gde__caveats`, `.gde__steps`, `.gde__cards` + `.gde__spec-list`,
   `.gde__callout`, `.gde__faq`, `.gde__more` and the reveal transitions.
guide-premium.js is loaded unchanged: it reads each scrolling table's label
from the nearest heading above it, and its stat counter leaves non-numeric
   values ("12 months", "Mumbai") alone.

WHY THIS FILE EXISTS AT ALL, given the system is meant to absorb a new page
as a body plus four gated lines. Three of these four rules have no home in
guide-premium.css and the fourth is a documented trap:

     1. scroll-margin-top. guide-premium.css has NONE — grep it. The contents
navigation below is the first on a plain `.gde` page; pages 7, 8, 9 and
14 each carry their own copy in their own fourth-layer file. Without it
every one of the sixteen chips drops the reader behind the sticky
header. Values re-used from glossary-premium.css, which MEASURED the
header in its `is-scrolled` state — the only state a jump link lands in
        — at 68px below 768px and up to 182px above it.
     2. A SIXTEEN-entry contents list. `.hub__nav` is a pill-chip flex wrap
built for seven short city sections; sixteen numbered clauses wrapped as
pills is an unreadable hedge of text. This is a different component for
a different job: a quiet multi-column index that reads like the contents
page of a contract, which is what a reader of a terms page is looking
for. It is NOT the fifth copy of the hub/pillar contents panel that
        `gde-guide-page-system` warns against.
     3. The effective-date line. A terms page has to say which version is in
force; no other `.gde` page has ever needed to.
     4. The widened-block prose measure. `.gde__block:has(.gde__spec)` widens a
table block to 992px and every <p> in it widens with it — measured at
120-133ch on page 1 against the 65-75 the system targets. Capped back
here, scoped, exactly as glossary-premium.css and pillar-premium.css do
it. The one-line fix in guide-premium.css that would cure this for every
`.gde` page at once is still not done, because that file is shared with
nine live pages and is its own change to verify.

EVERY SELECTOR IS SCOPED TO `.gde--terms` OR `.trm__*`, both of which exist
on this page and nowhere else. guide-premium.css is not touched, no `?v=`
bump is needed on any other page, and pages 1 and 7-14 cannot be affected by
this file. Verified by asserting that no other stored CMS body contains the
   string `gde--terms` or `trm__`.

The `.page-cms.rich-text` prefix on the list rules is not decoration — it is
what beats cms-premium.css's own `ul` bullet and margin styling at equal
specificity. Drop it and the contents index grows bullets.
