Five nozzle sizes for round stones from 0.8 mm to 3.0 mm.
The nozzle picks a stone out of the sorting tray by suction, carries it to the wax model and releases it at the setting point. Each nozzle is sized for one band of stone diameters. Match the nozzle to your stone size, and to the tray you run it with.

A nozzle rarely breaks outright. It wears: the tip opening dulls, the rubber sleeve hardens, and pickup gets less reliable week by week. Watch for:
The 502 shows wear first. At 0.8 mm there is no margin for a worn tip.
Measure the round stones you are setting and find that size in the table above. The same row gives the tray the nozzle works with.
Only within its own band. The tip is sized to seal against a particular stone diameter. On a stone that is too small it cannot lift; on one that is too large it loses vacuum around the girdle and drops the stone on the way.
One for each head that runs that stone size. Count the heads on your machine before you order.
That depends on your running hours, your stones and your air supply, so we do not quote a figure. Change it when the signs above appear. Workshops running full shifts keep spares on the shelf.
When you are replacing for wear, yes. A new nozzle next to worn ones makes pickup uneven from head to head. If one failed early, replacing that one is enough.
