Installation and commissioning
A Semsons Tech technician installs the machine at your premises and hands it over running your own models.
For an automatic wax setting machine that means the power and compressed-air check, levelling and commissioning, and a first run on your own models before the technician leaves. For the XRF gold analyzer it includes a radiation safety check and calibration. Bench-size ultrasonic cleaners plug in and run; on-site setup support is available for 10 L and larger.

What your site needs
Both setting machines run on an ordinary single-phase supply — no three-phase connection. Check the floor space and the air line before delivery; everything else the technician brings.

Operator training
Training is on site, on your machine, with your operator — and continues until they run it confidently alone.
For the setting machines it covers choosing the design on the touchscreen, mounting a model on the base with silicone, loading trays, matching nozzle to stone size, starting and monitoring a run, and the routine checks that keep pickup consistent. It takes about an hour for the basics. The operator does not need a technical background.
A setting machine reaches its rated throughput when the operator knows it. That is a training question, not a hardware one, which is why the training is not a chargeable extra.

Genuine spare parts
Stocked consumables and spares dispatch the same day from the Mumbai and Rajkot warehouses.
Wax setting machines
Sorting trays, suction nozzles, setting silicone and mounting bases. The tray and nozzle selector shows which part fits which stone size, and diamond and gemstone tools lists what is published online.
Ultrasonic cleaners
Transducers, heaters, timers, drain valves, baskets and lids — the parts that wear on a machine running every shift.
If a line is down, call sales rather than ordering online. The part is confirmed against your machine model before it ships, which is faster than a wrong part arriving next day.
Warranty
Warranty runs from commissioning, and is extendable on both setting machines and the gold analyzer.
