Buyer's guide
Buy the double-station X4 Pro Plus if the machine will run all day on steady orders. Buy the single-station Pro Mini if it will run in batches, in mixed sizes, or where floor space and power are tight.
Both machines place stones to the same accuracy, and both use the same trays, nozzles and silicone. What really separates them is how long each one keeps running without stopping — and how much room and weight your floor has to take.
Single station

Pro Mini
A bench machine for a workshop coming off hand setting, and for job work in short, mixed runs.
- SpeedUp to 10,000 stones/hour
- Weight135 kg, sits on a workbench
- Power1.3 kW, single phase
Choose it if your models arrive in batches, your sizes change often, or the machine has to go on an upper floor.
Double station

X4 Pro Plus
A floor-standing machine for a production line: one station sets while the other is loaded, so it never waits.
- Speed15,000 stones/hour
- Weight850 kg, stands on the floor
- Power3 kVA peak, single phase
Choose it if the next models are always ready before the machine is free, and the runs are long enough to use a four-tray feed.

Which machine suits your workshop?
The honest test is not which machine is better. It is whether your workshop can keep a second station busy.
Who should buy the Pro Mini?
- Space and power are tight. It sits on a normal workbench, weighs 135 kg and draws 1.3 kW from a single-phase socket. A Zaveri Bazaar or Andheri workshop on an upper floor can install it without structural or electrical work.
- The work comes in batches. With mixed designs and mixed sizes in short runs, a second station buys you nothing: the time goes into changing the model, not into waiting for a free station.
- It is your first step off hand setting. An operator picks it up in about an hour, and it proves the whole workflow — model preparation, silicone, trays, nozzles — before you commit to a bigger machine.
Who should buy the X4 Pro Plus?
- The orders are continuous. While one station sets, the other is being loaded. Over a shift that is about 20% more output than a conventional setting machine, with no idle time between batches.
- The runs are long. Four trays hold 12,800 stones at a time, so the machine keeps going for a long stretch before anyone has to reload it.
- Designs use several colours or sizes. Up to 8 colours or sizes in one run, or a combination of both, so a piece with white and coloured melee is set in a single pass.
The trade-off for the second station is size. The X4 Pro Plus is 850 kg on a 950 × 750 mm footprint, so it needs a floor that can take it — and that weight is also what keeps it steady at full speed.
What is the same on both machines?
More than most buyers expect. The station count is the difference; almost nothing else is.
- ±0.02 mm placing accuracy
- Touchscreen control
- Single-phase 220 V supply
- Gold, silver, brass and other metals
- 99% of market jewellery styles
- Same sorting trays and nozzles
- Same silicone and mounting bases
- On-site installation and training
- 12-month extendable warranty
Because the consumables are shared, anything bought for one machine fits the other. A workshop that starts on a Pro Mini and later adds an X4 Pro Plus keeps its whole stock of trays and nozzles and its setting silicone.
A simple way to decide
Three questions, in this order. The first one that gives you a clear answer is your answer.
- Will the machine ever wait for models? If it would sit idle between batches, buy the single station. The money saved is better spent on a second set of trays and a stock of nozzles.
- Are the models ready before the machine is free? Then the second station is exactly what you are paying for, and it earns its place over a shift.
- Can the floor take 850 kg? If the only space is a bench or an upper floor, the Pro Mini is the machine that fits, whatever the order book says.

Frequently asked questions
Which machine is faster, the Pro Mini or the X4 Pro Plus?
The X4 Pro Plus is faster. It sets 15,000 stones per hour across its two stations; the Pro Mini sets up to 10,000 stones per hour from one. The bigger difference in practice is reloading: the X4 Pro Plus feeds from four trays holding 12,800 stones, so it runs much longer before it has to stop.
Can the Pro Mini be upgraded to a double station later?
No. They are different machines. A workshop that outgrows the Pro Mini usually keeps it for job work and short runs and adds an X4 Pro Plus for the continuous line, because both machines use the same trays, nozzles and silicone.
Does the double station need three-phase power?
No. The X4 Pro Plus runs on single-phase 220 V at 50 Hz and draws 3 kVA at peak. The Pro Mini draws 1.3 kW on single-phase 220 V at 50 or 60 Hz. Neither machine needs a three-phase connection.
How much floor space does each machine need?
The Pro Mini is 711 × 660 × 736 mm and weighs 135 kg, so it sits on a workbench. The X4 Pro Plus is 950 × 750 × 1400 mm and weighs 850 kg, and stands on the floor. That weight is what keeps it vibration-free at full speed.
Do both machines use the same trays, nozzles and silicone?
Yes. The sorting trays, suction nozzles, setting silicone and mounting bases are common to both machines, so consumables bought for one fit the other. Match the tray and the nozzle to your stone size, not to the machine.
How long does an operator take to learn either machine?
About an hour for the basics, taught on site on your own machine as part of installation. The operator chooses the design on the touchscreen, mounts the model with silicone, loads the tray and starts the run. No technical background is needed.
