Delivery and export
Machines are delivered anywhere in India from Mumbai and installed at your workshop by our own technician. Stocked spares and consumables leave the Mumbai and Rajkot warehouses the same day.
Two things ship from here, and they ship differently. A wax setting machine or a gold analyzer arrives as an installation: we agree a date, deliver it, set it up and train your operator. Trays, nozzles, silicone, spare parts and the ST4820 ultrasonic cleaner arrive as a courier parcel. This page explains both, plus how export orders work, so you know what happens before you order.
How does Semsons Tech deliver?
It depends on what you order. Small parts travel by courier. Machines travel with an installation date attached to them.

You need to be signed in to place an order. If you have not bought from us before, you can create the account on the first checkout step — there is no need to register separately beforehand.
How is a machine delivered and installed?
Six steps, and none of them is a surprise on the day. The site check at step two is the one that decides everything else.
- Confirm the machine. Tell us the model you want, or describe the work you need done and we will tell you which machine fits. Machines are sold against a booking amount, with the balance due on installation.
- Check the site. We go through the power supply, the compressed air, the floor space and the access route with you. Both setting machines run on an ordinary single-phase supply, so no three-phase connection is needed. Size matters more than power here: an X4 Pro Plus weighs 850 kg and stands 1400 mm tall, while a Pro Mini is 135 kg and sits on a bench.
- Agree the delivery date. Delivery and installation are booked together, so the technician arrives with the machine or immediately after it. You are not left with a crate waiting for someone to open it.
- Delivery to your floor. The machine is delivered from Mumbai to the address on the order, and moved to the spot you agreed at the site check.
- Installation and commissioning. The technician checks power and air against the machine's rating, levels it, commissions it, and runs it on your own models, with your wax and your stones, before leaving.
- Operator training and handover. Your operator is trained on the machine until they can run it on their own. Training takes about an hour for the basics and is not charged as an extra. Warranty runs from commissioning.

How quickly do spares and consumables ship?
Stocked items are dispatched the same day from Mumbai and Rajkot. Checkout quotes a transit time of 3 to 5 business days inside India.
- Same day means dispatched, not delivered. The parcel leaves our warehouse the same day. How long it then spends with the courier depends on where you are, which is why checkout quotes a range rather than a date.
- It applies to stocked items. Setting silicone and mounting bases are held in stock. Sorting trays and suction nozzles are held in stock too, and are dispatched in about 1 to 2 days. Anything made to order or brought in for you is quoted separately, and we tell you the timing when you order. The ST4820 ultrasonic cleaner is dispatched about 10 to 15 days after the order.
- Call us if a machine is standing idle. When a line is down, phone the desk instead of ordering online. We check the part against your machine model first, which is faster than the wrong part arriving tomorrow.
- Give us your machine model. Trays and nozzles are matched to stone size, and spares are matched to the machine. The tray and nozzle selector shows which part goes with which stone size if you want to check it yourself.
Support does not stop at the warehouse door. Service reaches 16+ Indian cities through 40+ distributors and 450+ dealers, backed by 16+ warehouses, so a part rarely has to travel the length of the country to reach you.
What does delivery cost?
Consumable orders carry a flat courier charge that you see at checkout before you pay, unless the product page says delivery is free. Machine delivery and installation are quoted with the order. The ST4820 ultrasonic cleaner is delivered free anywhere in India.
There is no single delivery price for everything we sell, because a tub of setting silicone and an 850 kg setting machine are not the same problem. The rule is simple: if you can buy it online, checkout shows you the charge before you commit. If it needs a technician and a date, the charge is on your quotation in writing.

Installation charges, annual maintenance contracts and service-contract terms are not published as a price list. They are confirmed in writing on your quotation, because they depend on the machine and the site.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes. Semsons Tech supplies 34+ export markets, and equipment is set for the supply voltage at its destination before it leaves. Tell us four things and we can quote.

- Bonded zones are handled properly. Units inside a customs-bonded zone such as SEEPZ in Mumbai are delivered through the zone's own gate and documentation procedure, worked out with your clearing agent. See machinery in Mumbai and SEEPZ for how that works locally.
- Documentation travels with the shipment. Export consignments are sent with the documents the destination needs. If your buyer, bank or customs broker needs a specific document, say so when you ask for the quotation rather than after dispatch.
- Certification. Equipment is CE, ISI and ISO 9001 certified, which is usually what an import authority or an insurer asks for first.
- Freight is quoted, never assumed. Export freight, insurance and duty depend on the destination and the incoterms you work on, so they are quoted for your order rather than printed here.
Where do orders ship from?
Two offices, and both hold stock. Machines go out of Mumbai; spares and consumables go out of whichever warehouse is closer to you.

Do you install the machine, or is it delivered in a crate?
We install it. A Semsons Tech technician checks the power and compressed air against the machine's rating, levels and commissions the machine, and runs it on your own models before leaving. Operator training is included and is not charged as an extra.
What do you need to know before delivering a machine?
The delivery address, the access route, and the power and compressed air available at the site. Size is usually the deciding factor rather than power: an X4 Pro Plus weighs 850 kg and stands 1400 mm tall, while a Pro Mini is 135 kg and sits on a bench. Both run on an ordinary single-phase supply.
Which countries do you export to?
Semsons Tech supplies 34+ export markets. For an export quotation, tell us the destination country, the item you want and the local supply voltage. If you work with a clearing agent, name them too and we will coordinate the documents directly with them.
Will the machine work on my country's power supply?
Yes, because equipment is configured for the destination supply before it is dispatched. Give us your local voltage and frequency with the enquiry so the unit is set correctly the first time.
Can you deliver into SEEPZ or another bonded zone?
Yes. Units inside a customs-bonded zone such as SEEPZ in Mumbai are delivered through the zone's own gate and documentation procedure, coordinated with your clearing agent. Tell us at the time of ordering that the delivery point is inside a bonded zone, so the paperwork is prepared for it from the start.
