Five sizes for round stones from 0.8 mm to 3.0 mm.
A suction nozzle is the small tip on each head of an automatic diamond wax setting machine. It holds one stone by vacuum, carries it from the sorting tray to the wax model and places it there. Each nozzle size suits one band of stone sizes.

Before you replace it, clear the tip with clean, dry air. Dust or wax inside the tip also causes missed stones.

Measure the diameter of the round stones you set and find that size in the table above. The same row names the tray to use with it.
The 502 picks 0.8–0.9 mm stones, the 502B 1.0–1.2 mm, the 503 1.3–1.4 mm, the 503B 1.5–1.9 mm and the 504 2.0–3.0 mm.
The 502 and 502B use DSSMT-01 or DSSMT-01L. The 503 uses DSSMT-02 or SSMWT-02. The 503B uses DSSMT-02 and DSSMT-03, or SSMWT-02 and SSMWT-03. The 504 uses DSSMT-04 and DSSMT-05, or SSMWT-04 and SSMWT-05.
Only the sizes in its own band. The tip seals against one range of stone diameters. A stone that is too small does not lift, and one that is too large leaks vacuum and drops on the way.
One for each head that runs that stone size. The Pro Mini has 3 nozzles, the X4 Pro Plus 4 and the ST-HDSSM 8.
We confirm the fit for our own machines. For any other machine, WhatsApp us a photo of your current nozzle and your stone size before you order.
The usual causes are a tip blocked with dust or wax, stones outside the nozzle's size band, or a worn tip or sleeve. Clear the tip with clean, dry air and check the stone size; if it still drops stones, replace the nozzle.
There is no fixed interval: it depends on running hours, your stones and your air supply. Replace it when the signs under When to Replace It appear. Workshops running full shifts keep spares of the sizes they use most.
Yes. When one order holds 21 nozzles or more, code NOZZEL100 takes ₹2,000 off the nozzles. An order of exactly 20 does not qualify. Apply the code in the cart's promo code box.
Yes. All five sizes count together, so 10 of the 502 and 11 of the 503 qualify. Each size stays a separate line in the cart, on the order and on the invoice.
