The purple half of a two-part putty that holds jewellery wax models in place while stones are set.
SSMAB-01B is Part B of a two-part wax setting silicone, also called wax model fixing putty, supplied in a 1 kg tub. Knead it together with Part A, SSMAB-01A, which is white, and the mixed putty sets. Shape it on the mounting base around the wax model while it is still soft, and it keeps the model steady while stones are set into the wax.
SSMAB-01B is made to be mixed with one product: SSMAB-01A, the white Part A. Do not mix it or use it with any other putty, silicone or material. Part A is sold separately, so order both before you start.
Wax setting is the step where diamonds and stones are set into the wax model before casting, so the piece is cast with its stones already in place. Wax setters in jewellery manufacturing units use this putty to hold the model still during that step, including on an automatic wax stone setting machine such as the X4 Pro Plus. It is not a mould-making silicone.

Your order is dispatched 3 to 4 days after you place it. Courier transit comes after that.
You cannot return it, but a manufacturing defect is replaced. Tell us with the order number and a photo of the fault, and once we have verified the defect we replace the putty. If it arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and a photograph.
