Two-part silicone putty that holds jewellery wax models steady while stones are set.
AB silicone putty is a wax setting putty that comes in two parts: Part A is white and Part B is blue, each in its own tub. Knead the two together and the putty sets. Shape it on the mounting base around the wax model while it is still soft, and it holds the model in place while stones are set into the wax on an automatic wax setting machine such as the X4 Pro Plus or the Pro Mini. It is sold by the kilogram.
Part A and Part B are kept apart in their own tubs. Kneaded together, they become one putty that sets. Pressed on the mounting base around the wax model while it is still soft, the putty takes the shape of the model. Once it has set, it holds the model so it stays in place while the machine sets stones into the wax.

Semsons Tech AB silicone putty is a two-part wax setting putty. Part A (white) and Part B (blue) are kneaded together, and the mixed putty sets to hold a jewellery wax model in place while stones are set.
Take some of each part and knead them together by hand until the putty is one even colour, with no white or blue streaks left. Then shape it straight away, because mixed putty sets.
It is listed as a consumable for our X4 Pro Plus and Pro Mini automatic wax setting machines, where it is shaped on the mounting base under the wax model. If you run another machine, send us its model on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you order.
